Earnzo operates a global consumer market-research survey and mobile app-discovery rewards platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with (in particular our market-research partners), and the rights you have under the GDPR and comparable data-protection laws. 1. Data We Collect

Account data: username, email address, gender, hashed password, and referral code. Reward data: EZC balances, earn/redeem history, streaks, and gift-code delivery records. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and interaction logs used to operate and secure the service.

2. Market-Research Partners

To deliver surveys and credit rewards, we share a pseudonymous user identifier, together with offer/survey completion and postback data, with our market-research and offerwall partners:

Each partner acts as an independent controller (or processor, depending on the engagement) for the data needed to deliver surveys, verify completions, prevent fraud, and calculate rewards. Survey responses you submit are governed by each partner's privacy policy, and aggregated or pseudonymised findings may be shared with research clients. Earnzo does not sell personal data.

3. Other Processors

Gift-card fulfilment providers (Reloadly, Tremendous) receive redemption details strictly to issue codes. Supabase provides hosting, authentication, and database services. We share only what is necessary for each purpose and under appropriate safeguards.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (operating your account and paying rewards); legitimate interests (service security, fraud and VPN prevention, platform improvement); consent (optional marketing and research participation, withdrawable at any time); and legal obligation (record-keeping and compliance).

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. UK/EU residents may also complain to their supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email admin@earnzo.anonaddy.com — we respond within 30 days.

6. International Transfers

Our partners may process data in countries outside your own (including the EU, UK, and United States). Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention & Security

Account and reward data are kept while your account is active and thereafter only as long as necessary for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and monitoring; no system is 100% secure.

8. Cookies, Storage & Children

Earnzo uses local storage for your session, theme, and cached preferences (including the installable PWA) — no third-party advertising trackers are set by us. Earnzo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
