Terms of Service

Welcome to Earnzo (https://earnzo-five.vercel.app), a consumer market-research survey and mobile app-discovery rewards platform operated by Aayushman Rajput, sole proprietor of Earnzo Digital Rewards & Market Research, Civil Lines, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh 246701, India. By creating an account or using Earnzo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Earnzo. Only one account per person is permitted. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service & EZC Points

Earnzo lets users complete verified market-research surveys (via CPX Research, TimeWall, TheoremReach, BitLabs, Monlix, and Notik) and mobile app-discovery tasks to earn EZC points. 1,000 EZC equals $1.00 USD. Points have no cash value and are redeemed exclusively for digital gift cards.

3. Offers, Surveys & Earnings

Rewards are credited only after successful verification by our offerwall and survey partners. Partner decisions on survey qualification and offer completion are final. Earnzo may reverse credits found to be fraudulent, duplicated, charged back, or otherwise invalid.

4. Daily Check-in & Referrals

Daily Check-in bonuses follow a 7-day cycle (Day 1 = +5 EZC … Day 7 = +35 EZC) and reset at midnight (Asia/Kolkata). Referral commissions are 10% of the lifetime redeemed earnings of invited users. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and incentive abuse are prohibited.

5. Redemptions & Gift Codes

The minimum redemption is strictly 5,000 EZC ($5.00 USD). All redemptions are fulfilled as digital gift-card codes through automated provider APIs; Earnzo does not offer bank transfers, UPI, or PayPal. Codes may remain in a provider-settlement queue before they unlock in your vault, are non-refundable once revealed, and never expire while your account is in good standing.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, or IP-masking technology while using Earnzo or completing offers; operate multiple accounts; automate or script survey responses; misrepresent your identity to research partners; or attempt to interfere with the service. Violations void earnings and may result in permanent termination.

7. Verification Holds & Suspension

New accounts and high-value redemptions may be subject to a verification hold before codes are released. Earnzo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at any time, with or without notice, and withhold balances obtained through abuse.

8. Third-Party Services

Surveys, offerwalls, and gift-card fulfilment are provided by third parties (including CPX Research, BitLabs, TheoremReach, TimeWall, Monlix, Notik, Reloadly, and Tremendous). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Earnzo is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Earnzo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Earnzo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
